GLIZ is an atypical power trio that defies labels and has never stopped blurring the lines between genres and aesthetics. Their bold, hybrid music combines banjo, drums, and tuba with the organic textures of the Farfisa, creating a unique soundscape that balances raw intensity with psychedelic flights.

With MASS, their second album, the band moved beyond the heavy-blues-garage roots of their beginnings to explore new horizons: a psychedelic pop that is fiery, melancholic, and full of energy.

In 2025, GLIZ embarks on a new chapter. The arrival of drummer Julien Woittequand in the summer of 2024 brought fresh momentum and opened the way to an entirely new method of writing and working together. The first singles of this new era already showcase a broader, deeper sound, still driven by the singularity and power that define their identity.

On stage, GLIZ has long established itself as a solid act. The band has set festivals and prestigious venues ablaze, from Nuits de l’Alligator to MaMA, and through Stéréolux, La Maroquinerie, La Boule Noire, La Rodia, Le Moloco and Bars en Trans.
